“In a single moment it’s like my whole life is relived. All darkness and light and colour and life – it’s what these eyes have seen…”

Rob is 19. He likes theatre and going to gigs; he’s got great friends and a part-time job in a Chinese takeaway; the world is his and he feels unstoppable. But when struck with the prospect of permanent sight loss, Rob’s whole world begins shrinking to nothingness.
Now, he must swap nights out for nights on the ward in a fight to rescue his vision. Can he find hope among cold hospital beds and clinical waiting rooms? Will his life ever be normal again?
